Shipping Process: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 14 business days. During peak seasons (Homecoming, Graduation, or Bowls), please allow for additional time.
Shipping Method: We ship via USPS with delivery times ranging from 2–7 business days depending on package weight, delivery address, and delivery type (i.e. Ground Advantage, Priority, Priority Express). Ground Advantage is the default shipping method.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Window: Returns for store credit or even exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Easy Returns: To start a return, please contact us at info@the315collective.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Non-returnable Items: Please note that "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return/exchange.
